See All ReviewsAll of the staff at Dolls Kitchen are so nice and welcoming. This is my go to place for soul food. Their prices for the quality and quantity can't be beat. I have tried many different things but once I tried the lamb chops , game over! Everything is always fresh and so will seasoned. The sides 🤦🏽♀️ chef's kiss. Much love to the owner and the real MVP her Mom🙌🏽 and the rest of the staff , they add to the success of this restaurant.
When I pulled I noticed parking was very limited in a small strip mall. The parking lot was covered in trash with a big roll off dumpster that was over flowing. Out of about 6 parking spaces a worker occupied 1 I used 1 and workers on the strip mall occupied the other spaces leaving no room for customer parking. Upon the restaurant opening I noticed a worker from the restaurant mopping the floor and using to much water causing the floor to be wet upon opening. The menu was very limited for a week day with soul food offered only on Sunday. Since I had waiting a while for the restaurant to open and no hours posted on the door I googled that information. I was so hungry I ordered Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. After a 15 minute wait they weren’t all that and at $15 for 3 they were wide but not long. Needless to say I will not be back and would not recommend. The lobby is small with two bar stool type tables not very dine in friendly.
I frequent this place often and it is always on point. The Mac and cheese is top tier. Gooey and flavorful! The dipped wings is sweet chili sauce is my favorite. The jerk tips and yams are also delicious. Always recommend to eat here.
